SELEX-Gematronik, as many German and other international companies, has adopted an Ethics Policy defining the company's shared values. The policy outlines the values with which employees working in and outside the company's premises, as well as those co-operating with the company commit to comply, accepting rules and responsibilities as well as the application of sanctions for any violations.
To operate fairly, seriously, honestly, competently and transparently, and with unfailing observance of laws, are the core of this set of values, all with due regard for the legitimate interests and expectations of customers, suppliers, and of anyone coming into contact with corporate operations.
