Gematronik welcomes the Federal Minister of Transport

Gematronik welcomes the Federal Minister of Transport, Building and Housing Kurt Bodewig and his delegates at the Gematronik factory in Neuss on 22. April 2002.

Amongst others Kurt Bodewig is responsible for the German Weather Service (DWD) and the German Air Navigation Services (DFS). Therefore the minister is very interested in the latest developments of our products and services. Presently the German Weather Services operates a country-wide weather radar network including 12 Gematronik weather radars.

Ulrich Nellen presents the Gematronik company strategy and potential areas of development within Germany and on the international meteorological market. Dr. Frank Gekat, Head of the technical development department highlights the main features of our highly advanced METEOR weather radars.
