Incorporation of Gematronik

The current owner of GEMATRONIK, Finmeccanica S.p.A., Rome, transfers all shares to Alenia Marconi Systems being effective 31.12.2001.

Alenia Marconi Systems (AMS) is an equal shares joint venture between BAE Systems of the United Kingdom and Finmeccanica of Italy. As a major force in the field of European defense and electronics, AMS has established an international customer base in over 100 countries.

The incorporation of GEMATRONIK GmbH consolidates the position of AMS as an integrated solution provider for "Air Traffic Management Systems".
