Our Help Desk Support grants you priority access to SELEX-Gematronik senior technical staff in order to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently. During the warranty Help Desk Support covers an unlimited number of support incidents and also provides you with graphical-user-interface level assistance.

- Phone support 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Submission of support incidents by telephone, email, fax or post
